Garden Sage is a gardening companion that helps you identify plants and understand practical next care steps from a photo. These terms cover the Garden Sage iOS app and related websites and APIs operated by Garden Sage.
Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement
Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed by Apple and are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If those Apple terms conflict with this page for a purchase or subscription matter, Apple's terms control for that matter.
Informational guidance only
Plant identification and care guidance can be uncertain or incomplete. Garden Sage does not provide professional agricultural, toxicology, veterinary, or medical advice. Do not rely on the app for toxicity, emergency, or other high-risk decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your sign-in method secure and do not share account credentials.
- Upload only photos and notes you have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not use Garden Sage to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
Subscriptions
Optional Garden Sage Premium subscriptions renew automatically through the App Store until cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Deleting your Garden Sage account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app when you reinstall or change devices.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as Garden Sage evolves. The revised terms will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.
